MEXC Set to Exit Netherlands After Confirming It Has No MiCA Licence

Cryptocurrency exchange MEXC has confirmed that it lacks authorisation under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), prompting its withdrawal from the Netherlands. The move follows a warning from Dutch regulator AFM over its services to local customers. MEXC has also announced service closures in Russia and Belarus and maintains restrictions across several other jurisdictions, including the US, UK and Singapore.
